A great start for all! Many personal bests, 4 medals, Sam is highest Single A boy in a debut of 16:57. Paige medals with a 17th! Karleigh snags a medal with a 33rd. Claire gets 19th.

Our Varsity Girls gave the Region notice today!

Check out the results. I am pleased. Our first Great WHY was answered well.

Here We Go

2 days til race day. The first race is not about anything other than establishing good routines, warming up and warming down correctly, and getting a feel for race conditions. Results occur in October. And the 1st week in November if all goes well.
