OPEN GYMS FOR SUMMER OF 2014

Open Gyms are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6-7pm at Woodcock Dam and Saturdays from 9-10am at French Creek Valley School.  Coaches will be leading these non-mandatory events when available and when not available, the seniors will be leading these events.

Spring is coming and thus the running.

District X Championships

We had a very good day.  Many highlights.  Here are the results:

Three state qualifiers!  Booyah!

Practices this week for our remaining three runners will end at 4:45 as we taper on our way for our departure to Hershey on Friday at 8:15am. 

There will be no big sendoff, but rather a simple, we are headed to Hershey to earn some glory goodbye.  And that is appropriate.  We will earn some glory!

RACE TIMES AND INFO FOR DISTRICTS

1.  The bus departs at 7:30am sharp and all are invited.

2.  Varsity Girls race at 10am.

3.  Varsity Boys race at 11:30.

4.  Awards Ceremony follows the last race which starts at 12:15.  

5. We are going to Golden Corral after we depart Buhl Park.  The kids will need money to eat there.

6.  Then we prepare for the next step, whatever it may be.

Region 3 Invitational Information

Information is coming.  The races begin at 10am.  There are 4, beginning at 10am with JH girls.  More information coming!
