We had a great day today. The runners ran for 60 minutes as the main part of their workout. We also practiced "starts."
All runners are progressing. Great parent meeting. Thanks to all who made it; the rest, I will need to see you asap.
Saturday's Time Trial #1 is 2 days away. Can't wait!
