On Tuesday, we venture to the unknown. It is a place where we discover things that we have yet to learn about ourselves. It is 1/2 mile from the school and is where the reckoning occur.
Tomorrow, we head to the hill. And then we ride.

The Docs at the Top Work Now

Sunday is a day for a long easy run: 60 minutes for varsity and 30 minutes for junior high runners. Take it easy, stretch out the legs, and enjoy the scenery for a change. Tomorrow we will most likely have a time-trial to make up for Saturday's missed one. Good times!
