Great job today runners! We are right where I expect us to be at this point in the season. Nearly everyone improved, and as a first race, this one is always hard. It's a good gauge as to where we are headed. Pack Attack!
4 medalists today: JHG: Kyla-12th, Paige-13th. Good job girls
VG: Beka was 32nd.
VB: Gabe was 39th.
Additionally, Ryland should have received a medal for 21st, but they only awarded to 20 instead of 30. Rats!

Team Shirts Are In!
I am picking up our new shirts on Wednesday after practice, so they should be able to be passed out Thursday. A Spirit Wear order form will be developed shortly, as well, and we will take a quick order if anyone is interested in those.
Also, don't forget--hoagie forms are due this Friday.
Good first practice "after school" today. The rest this week should help us greatly for Saturday's race at McDowell.
