Hoagie Sale

We have indeed started a fundraiser. We are selling hoagies; we sent home forms today. Please look at the due date and delivery date. This one sale will help pay for the things we do this year--shirt purchases, invitational fees, our banquet,etc. 

I will post the form tomorrow for those of you who desire an extra one. 

Time Trial #1 Results

The results for the time trial are now posted above.  Keep in mind that some of the runners were directed to not run at full speed.  Also, every athlete is different.  Some of us are "race-ready" from the beginning and some of us will gain great adjustments in our time as the season progresses.  

Our ultimate goal is to get each athlete to peak in the middle to end of October.  Our program is designed for that.  Saturday was a great start for that.
