Sam earns a place on our State Medalists banner, placing 22nd in his first state race.  Congratulations to Sam!

District X Championship

Everything happens for a reason.  I truly believe this.  Saturday was a wonderful day.  We showed up ready to race and we did our best.  We don't make excuses.  We work hard, we try hard, we show up, and we RUN.

Sam and Paige are headed to States!  WOOT!  WOOT!  We will disembark on Friday morning.  

Also, our banquet is coming up on Tuesday, November 5th at 6:30 PM at Pleasantview Alliance Church.  It is a BRING A DESSERT banquet.  Please bring something to share; beverages will be provided.

Region 3 Invitational Information

The Region 3 Invitational is this Saturday, hosted by Rocky Grove at Two Mile County Run Park again.  The course has been changed.  Check out the information above for race times, etc.

This week, we get ready for the Region 3 championships.  Then, Districts.  Take a look at the Rocky Grove Invitational results and see what you think.  It makes me happy.  We are exactly where we need to be.  Trust in the process.  Success is on the horizon.

Our team is shaping right up.  We are about to start the ascent to the end of the season.  We will be ready.

New Dismiss Time and Franklin info

Our dismissal time is 1:45 and depart time is at 1:55 on Tuesday as we are stopping by the CCCTC to get 3 athletes on the way. Also, the race is across from the high school at Sandycreek Elementary, not at the high school.

Here are the results for Jr. High action today.  4 medalists, too, and the GIRLS snagged 2nd place!  Awesome day overall!

Tri-Meet Results at Maplewood with Titusville

Results:  

Varsity Boys go 1-1, besting Maplewood and losing on a tiebreaker with Titusville.

Varsity Girls go 2-0, beating Titusville by just one point.

Jr. High Boys go 0-1, losing to Titusville; Maplewood did not field a full team either.

Jr. High Girls go 0-2.  :(
